Mikro Wave is a router and Hotspot management application. Access is limited to accounts registered by the service administrator.
Data we process
- Your Google account email address when you choose Google Sign-In.
- Subscription status, role, expiry date, and authentication session token.
- MikroTik RouterOS Software ID, router name, and router model when a router is linked to an account.
- Router credentials and local app preferences stored securely on your device.
- Bluetooth printer access, nearby-device access, Wi-Fi or network information, and selected portal images when you use those features.
Google ID tokens are sent to the Mikro Wave subscription backend only to verify identity. Mikro Wave never receives or stores your Google password and does not request access to Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or email content.
How we use data
We use this data to authenticate registered subscribers, enforce subscription and router limits, connect to and configure routers, print vouchers, and provide requested app features.
Storage and sharing
Subscription and linked-router records are stored in the Mikro Wave backend. Router passwords and local settings are stored on your device. We do not sell personal data. Data is shared with Google only as needed for Google Sign-In and with infrastructure providers that operate the authentication service.
Retention and deletion
Subscription records are retained while an account is registered. You may request deletion of your account and linked-router data through our account and data deletion page. Local data can also be removed by signing out, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
Security
The app uses HTTPS for subscription authentication and encrypted device storage for saved credentials. Local RouterOS management may use HTTP when required by a router's local configuration.
